    Co-Founder & Creator of Tipping Point Methodology

    Developed a target leadership methodology in the early 1990s, transitioning from his role as a therapist to focus on leadership development. He began working with top management and elite athletes, using this experience to construct what would later become the Tipping Point Methodology. His understanding of how individuals operate in various situations led to assignments across Europe.
